Guess what? Since May I've been enjoying the bounty of nature and it's awesome.

My doctor gave me a pretty hard stare the last time I saw her. My lab numbers showed that as a result of my Doordash habit and lack of love for the world outside I wasn't very healthy. That was May and since then I've been on a quest to clean up my food plan and get better sleep. Just last Monday, I started walking in the mornings.

So yesterday, I got a flu shot, a Covid vaccine, and a blood draw, and I'm thrilled to say my numbers look a LOT better. Like, orders of magnitudes better. I don't think anyone believed I could, or would, make those kinds of positive changes -- even I wasn't sure -- but it wasn't so hard. And by eliminating certain foods for a while and then adding them back, I learned I've got a non-celiac gluten intolerance, It was worth taking a closer look at my life and seeing if minor tweaks could make a big difference to my quality of life and I found the answer... '
